To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall receive top priority.
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Interac, and Cash.
Patient Arrival Policy
For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
We request that animals be placed on a leash or in pet carriers before entering the clinic. This helps prevent animals from getting loose or from getting in a confrontation with another pet.
Over the Counter "OTC" Medications
All locations have very limited OTC medications. Most medications we carry require an exam and cannot be given over the counter.
All prescription medications require a Veterinary-Client-Patient-Relationship "VCPR", which means we need to see the animal, preform diagnostics and make a diagnosis before a medication is prescribed. A "VCPR" is valid for 1 year.
All prescriptions medications are only valid for 6 months after being filled and it up to the discretion of the Doctor to refill the medication if there are no refills available. Any outstanding prescriptions that have been filled by a Doctor no longer working at the clinic requires us to have an exam to refill the medication.
We cannot accept returns on any prescription drugs or refridgerated products.
Pet Food Returns
We carry a wide variety of pet food (Royal Canin/Hills Prescription Diet/Purina Veterinary Diet etc.). Most of our food has a 100% palatability guarantee, which means you can try the food for your pet with no worry about having to return it back to us if they do not like it or have a bad reaction. Not all the food we carry has this guarantee, so please make sure you inquire before purchasing.
